On 23 November 2024, ShareMedical Inc. exhibited the digital auscultation device Nexstetho, the online medical support platform for disaster medicine MediCapture, and the integrated ‘with remote auscultation’ at the Wellbeing Festa 2024 held at the Shonan iPark. The next generation of online medical technology was experienced by a wide range of visitors to the exhibition. The Festa attracted approximately 2,000 visitors, mainly neighbourhood residents, parents and children, and medical professionals. Also visiting for observation purposes were Tomoko Abe, a member of the House of Representatives, Ichikawa, a member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly, Waki, a member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly, and Fujisawa Mayor Suzuki, who showed great interest in the next-generation medical solutions that are expected to be utilised in times of disaster and in medical treatment in depopulated areas.

Prospects for the future
Through this Festa, the high level of interest in online medical technology and disaster-response medicine was confirmed. We will continue to strengthen our cooperation with local communities and medical institutions and aim to build a medical environment that everyone can use with peace of mind. We will also further improve our products based on the valuable feedback we received at the Festa.
What is the Wellbeing Festa?
The Wellbeing Festa is an annual event that has been held since 2021 under the theme of health innovation, as a place where local residents and stakeholders can think together about the future of healthy and secure living. The Festa builds on the Health Innovation Hub Initiative Research concluded in 2019, which aims to improve the wellbeing (happiness and health) of the region by widely sharing cutting-edge technologies and research findings.
This year's event was positioned as an opportunity to introduce the efforts of the Muraoka-Fukazawa Health Innovation Social Implementation Consortium to promote social implementation in the Muraoka and Fukasawa areas, and was attended by many local residents and stakeholders. It also aimed to gain support for and participation in the consortium through a programme that local residents could experience first-hand.
